Set beneath the canopy of a mature Oak, this house is centred around the family it homes. The brief was to down-size, but up-spec. This is the 3rd home we have designed for the clients, so the process was more of a friendly conversation than a formal discussion. We trusted each others skills, and worked together to achieve an outcome everyone is thrilled with. To achieve a bespoke feel on a budget, we had to be smart with material choices. Simple and cost effective products applied cleanly achieve a chic looking home for this young, growing family.
